Welcome to 365cuci. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and 365cuci ("Company", "we", "platform"). By registering and using the platform 365cuci, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Member Eligibility

2.3 Legal Capacity
You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any form of court administration are not eligible to use the services of 365cuci.
Users who create an account on behalf of another person, or who use someone else's information to register, will face immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in that account.
Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the platform 365cuci. This covers one account per phone number, per email address, per IP address, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be detected by our system and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and email address. 365cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Please use a strong password (at least 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never share your login details with anyone. 365cuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4.2 Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be made at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account has been verified, there are no pending deposit transactions, and any rollover requirements (if an active bonus applies) have been met.
Withdrawal processing time to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) is 10–30 minutes. Withdrawals via DuitNow to a bank account take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the operating hours of the respective bank.
365cuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification
For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day, 365cuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification, including a copy of your MyKad, recent bank statement, or other reasonable supporting documents. This process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 365cuci, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 1,888, free spins, 5% weekly rebate, and periodic promotions, each subject to their respective terms and conditions.
5.1 General Rollover Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the general rollover requirements are as follows: First Deposit Bonus — 8x the bonus amount; Free Spins — 10x the winnings; No Deposit Bonus — 15x; Weekly Rebate — 1x only.
5.2 Bonus Validity Period
Every bonus has a set validity period. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. Please check each promotion's details for its specific validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system 365cuci — including opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automation software, or any other unauthorised method — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
365cuci reserves the right to void any bonus or promotion at any time if fraud, abuse, or a breach of terms is found. Our decision in such matters is final.
Betting Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets on 365cuci subject to the Sports Betting rules in place. Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances such as match cancellation, an obvious technical error, or a match being postponed for more than 36 hours from the original scheduled time.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets
The minimum bet across all game types is RM 1. Maximum bet limits vary by game category and specific event, and may range from RM 10,000 to RM 100,000 for major sporting events. 365cuci reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Game Results
The outcome of all games on 365cuci is determined by an independently certified random number generator (RNG) for slots and casino games, or by the actual outcome of sporting events for Sports Betting. Any technical disruption affecting game results will be resolved in accordance with our decision resolution policy, available upon request.
Account & Security
Your account security is our top priority 365cuci. We employ multiple layers of security, including two-factor authentication (2FA), SSL 256-bit encryption, and real-time account activity monitoring.
7.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 365cuci may request identity verification documents from time to time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
7.2 Suspicious Activity
If we detect any unusual or suspicious activity on your account — including but not limited to irregular betting patterns, login attempts from different locations, or activity suggesting third-party use — we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. You will be notified via your registered phone number or email address.

Account Suspension & Closure
365cuci reserves the right to freeze or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Abuse of bonuses or promotional systems
- Use of automation software, bots, or unauthorised technology
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff 365cuci
- Requests from relevant authorities
In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons (not due to a breach), any cash balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be refunded within 3–5 business days. Accounts closed due to fraud are not eligible for a balance refund.

Terms Amendment
365cuci reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or an email to their registered address, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 365cuci after the effective date of such amendments will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
