Available Login Methods

365cuci offers three login methods log in for the convenience of Malaysian members:

  • Login with Phone Number + Password — The most common method. Enter the Malaysian phone number you registered with and your account password.
  • Log In with Email + Password — If you prefer using email, select the "Email" tab in the log in and enter your email address along with your password.
  • Log In via SMS OTP — A password-free option. Enter your phone number, receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS, and use the code to log in directly into your account 365cuci your account.

365cuci Account Security

When you log in to 365cuci, your session is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring all data transmitted between your device and our servers cannot be intercepted by any unauthorised party. Your password is stored in a hashed format that is unreadable — even by our own staff.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account 365cuci your account. With 2FA enabled, even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to log in without an OTP code sent to your Malaysian phone number.

Security tip: Don't use the same password for 365cuci and other platforms. Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Change your password at least every 3 months.

1. Incorrect Password

2. Unrecognised Phone Number / Email

Try to recall which phone number or email address you used when registering at 365cuci. If you have multiple numbers or email addresses, try each one. If the issue persists, contact our support team via live chat for further assistance.

3. Account Temporarily Locked

For your security, the system 365cuci will temporarily lock your account after 5 attempts log in consecutive failed attempts. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised access. Wait 30 minutes or contact support to unlock your account sooner.

Security Notice: 365cuci will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Never share your password or OTP with anyone — including anyone claiming to be a 365cuci staff member.

How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link in the log in above. Enter the phone number or email address you registered with 365cuci. We will send you a password reset link valid for 15 minutes. Click the link and set a new strong password.
